THE VILLA
The main house offers spacious accommodation comprising an entrance hall, fully equipped kitchen, utility room, dining room and a cosy sitting room with fireplace. There are three double bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, two full bathrooms and a sofa bed in the sitting room for additional guests.
Adjoining the main house is a comfortable guest cottage. This independent space includes a games room with a pool table, a bar, kitchen, bathroom and four single beds, offering greater flexibility and comfort for large families and groups.
Outdoor Spaces
The true highlight of the property is its spectacular outdoor area. A large terrace of over 400 m² features a covered veranda, a pergola, a heated swimming pool and a spacious paved area suitable for a variety of sports, including basketball and ball games.
The gardens and surrounding grounds reflect the agricultural richness of the Axarquía, with Muscat vines, fig trees and a wide variety of fruit trees including mango, persimmon and passionfruit. Vegetable patches, aromatic plants and colourful subtropical species complete a charming setting that invites relaxation and a connection with nature.

Region
In the Axarquia region you will find authentic Andalusia, far away from mass tourism. The region is located east of Malaga and extends from the sea to the mountains at altitudes of more than 2000 meters. The climate is the mildest in all of Europe and nowhere else will you find more hours of sunshine per year. The region, with its capital Vélez-Malaga, is known for its olive groves and vineyards. You can also find beautiful beaches and hidden caves here.
Beach
Axarquia has extensive quiet beaches. Here you can enjoy the Mediterranean Sea and the countless beach pavilions where you can enjoy a delicious meal during the siesta. The most famous Torre del Mar is half an hour away. Rincon de la Victoria is an hour away.
Sierra Nevada
Not in the mood for the beach? The Sierra Nevada can be reached within a 2-hour drive. The winter sports area on the Penibetico mountain range has 121 km of ski slopes at an altitude between 2100 and 3300 meters. The season extends from December to April.
In the summer, the Sierra Nevada offers nice cooling when the mercury rises. The national park is very popular among mountain hikers. Mountain peaks, different types of climates, flora and fauna and white mountain villages form a beautiful backdrop.
Historic Towns
Within a radius of about an hour's drive you can visit several historic towns and white villages. Discover antiquity in El Borge, Vélez-Malaga, Algarobbo and Frigiliana. The major cities of Malaga and Nerja can also be reached within this driving distance. The famous caves of Nerja contain 20,000-year-old traces of human habitation.
Activities
The beautiful mountain ranges and the Viñuela reservoir ensure a good climate and stunning nature (such as the Sierras de Tejeda, Almijara y Alhama nature parks), where it is simply fantastic for hiking, cycling, climbing, rafting, you name it. A hike up the Maroma (the large mountain behind the Finca) is challenging, but highly recommended!
Gastronomy
Axarquia is a fertile region and has a wealth of delicious regional products such as olive oil, almonds, avocados, oranges and mangoes. The Moscatel grape is the basis of the tasty local white wine. Get to know these local delicacies along the Sun-and-Wine Route (Ruta del Sol y Vino), the Olive Oil and Mountains Route or the Moorish Route.
Also visit the weekly market in the various villages and towns.
